Tain, from the south - 35 miles North of Inverness, take the first right on bypass, follow road in to town centre, turn right on to Castle Brae (just past Gows Bakery).
Tain from the North - 9 miles South of Dornoch, take first left on bypass, follow road in to town centre, turn left on to Castle Brae (just before Gows Bakery). Once on Castle Brae, the course is well signposted.
